Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This return period starts on the day you receive the product.

Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at Info@susostoree.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how and where to return your order. Returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@susostoree.com. Include clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
